We were looking for something affordable near Wardha Road in Nagpur for my son. Vishal Kanchanganga Cluster 1 seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK apartments are around 330 to 414 square feet carpet area, which is decent for a small family. The price range of 10.99 Lakh to 13.79 Lakh fit our budget perfectly. It's good that the project is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The developer, Vishal Infrastructure, seems to have included basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping. However, the OC not being available is a bit concerning for future resale value, I feel. Also, the open parking might get crowded.
