We recently moved into Vishal Flats, and it has been a pleasant experience so far. We chose a 3 BHK unit, which is quite spacious, around 1142 square feet. The location in Kolathur is convenient, being close to Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus, just about 1 kilometer away. This makes it easy for local travel. Shanthi Constructions provided ample amenities like lift access and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which adds to the feeling of security. The built-up area is comfortable for our family. We appreciate the gated community aspect. While the price point, starting from 62.31 Lakh, is on the higher side, the quality of construction and the amenities justify it for us. We are happy with our decision to buy here.
