The proximity to Kauvery Hospital - Radial Road (4.78 km) and Airport Metro Station (4.78 km) was a major factor for me. The price is 1.1 Crore onwards. Vishaka Constructions has provided amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and Closed Car Parking. Being ready to move is also convenient. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can be heavy. However, the peacefulness inside the villa complex makes up for it. Rain water harvesting is a good environmental feature.
