Bharati Hospital is also right there, which is a big plus for family. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is 699 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. Viraj Enterprises And Developeseem to have completed the project by July 2023, and it is ready to move in. The 24X7 water supply is reliable so far. My only concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's close to the highway. Parking is open but can get a bit crowded if many people have caOverall, it's a decent property for the price.
