Relocating to Chennai for work at Chettinad Hospital meant I needed a place close by. VIP Riverok's location opposite Sipcot in Siruseri is quite strategic, with the hospital a short distance. The 3 BHK villa, built up to 1975 square feet, offeample space. I liked the inclusion of a swimming pool and indoor games for downtime. Power backup is a crucial amenity given Chennai's weather. The only thing I found a bit inconvenient is the 3-minute distance to the Vaniyanchavadi Padma Adah School Bus Stop; it feels a bit far if you don't have a car. The pricing is around 98.75 Lakh onwards, which is in my budget. I am looking forward to settling in.
