I chose VIP City for its convenient location in Krishnagiri. Being a single woman, safety and access to essentials are important. It's right next to Vailankanni Public School and HERBOCARE HOSPITAL KRISHNAGIRI, both at zero distance, which is amazing. The project by Thiru K Madhava is ready to move since June 2023. The plots offer flexibility for building. My only concern is that the approach road to the project itself can be a bit narrow and busy during peak hou, making entry and exit slightly challenging sometimes. Apart from that, the proximity to the Old Bus Station is also a plus for occasional travel. It feels secure and well-connected.

Finding a place with good proximity to schools was our priority, and VIP City in Peddatalapalli delivered. With Vailankanni Public School right at nearby, it's perfect for our kids. The Old Bus Station is also nearby, making travel easy. We are building our home here and are happy with the decision. The plots are available, and it’s ready to move in since June 2023. Thiru K Madhava is the developer. The only thing we are still figuring out is the parking situation once we build the house and have guests over. The roads within the development need to be a bit wider. Besides that, the convenience is unmatched for our family needs.

It’s very convenient for our commute to work and for our children. The residential plots are ready to move, with completion in June 2023 by developer Thiru K Madhava. We are planning to start construction soon. The area is peaceful. One minor thing we noticed is that the water pressure might be an issue during peak summer months, which is a common concern in this region. We are hoping the developer has planned for this adequately. Overall, we are excited about building our dream home here.
