I looked at the 1200 sq.ft plots priced around 42.0 L. It's ready to move, which is perfect as I don't want to wait. The developer, Vinyas Group, has provided amenities like 24X7 water supply and a cycling track, which I appreciate. The hospital is nearby, making it very convenient. The main issue I foresee is traffic during peak houif I need to travel towards the city center regularly, as Huyilalu is a bit on the outskirts. However, the immediate neighborhood has internal roads and footpaths already built.
