The 1 BHK flat size of 300 sq.ft built up is perfect for them. It’s ready to move, so they could shift in right away. The price of 16.5 Lakh onwards was within my budget for this kind of property. The location offegood connectivity via NH65 and the Inner Ring Road. It's also close to Sree Netralaya - Best Eye Hospital in Hyderabad (1.2 kms), which is important for my parents' health. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper is the builder. My parents mentioned the rooms are a bit small, but manageable for their needs. They also noted that the building looks a bit older, which is undetandable as it was completed in June 2011. Overall, a decent choice for parents needing a convenient location.
