Decided on this Vintage Elite Apartment B because of its proximity to ORCHIDS The International School, which is nearby. We got a 3 BHK, around 1600 sq.ft, plenty of room for the family. The swimming pool is a big hit with the kids. Landscaping is well done and makes the place look green. One thing that concerns me is the traffic noise from Hosur Road, it's quite loud even on the 5th floor. Also, finding parking can be a challenge sometimes when guests visit. But the overall convenience for school and access to Bannerghatta Road outweighs these issues for us.

We were looking to upgrade from our rental and found Vintage Elite Apartment B. We chose a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1656 sq.ft. It's much larger than our previous place. The location in Bommanahalli is convenient, especially being close to Bannerghatta Road and Hosur Road. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities for us to relax after work. The 24x7 security is also a big comfort. The only drawback is that the lift sometimes seems a bit slow during peak houOtherwise, VINTAGE PROMOTEAND DEVELOPEOPEPEES seem to have delivered a solid product. The landscaping and fountains make the complex look very pleasant.
