This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Vinoth Visage in Aminjikarai. The main reason was its ready-to-move status; I wanted to see the actual flat before finalizing. It is also reassuring that the OC has been received. I looked at the proximity to Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, which is less than a kilometer away, and it felt like a good sign for the locality. Vinoth Buildeseem to have delivered a finished product. My only observation is that the parking area appeaa bit compact, which might be an issue for some.
