The apartment size is around 1060 to 1280 square feet, offering enough space for us. We also like the children's play area and the jogging track. The swimming pool is an added bonus. The price range was manageable for us. The only drawback is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's close to a developing area. But the convenience of the school outweighs that.
