We chose Vinoth Vea for our family because of its proximity to D. A. V. School, which is nearby. We purchased a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1200 square feet, which provides enough space for our growing family. It’s ready to move, so we didn’t have to wait to shift our kids to a new school district. The location in Velachery is decent, with access to the Trichur Highway nearby. However, the noise from the nearby main road can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the day. Vinoth Buildecompleted this project back in 2003, so it’s an older property but seems to be holding up well.
