The size of the 885 sq.ft apartment is suitable for them. Vinoth Buildehave provided essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are crucial for elderly residents. The swimming pool and jogging track are also nice. I did the booking online after my parents visited the site. The price range of 38.5 Lakhs is acceptable. I hope they will be comfortable there.

This is my very fit property purchase. I chose a 2 BHK apartment in Vinoth Veronica, it's 900 sq.ft and cost me 39 Lakhs. My parents helped me with the process. I liked that it is ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait for construction. The developer, Vinoth Builde, seems reputable. The location in Thiruverkadu is decent, close to Velammal Vidyalaya school, which is good. The project has a swimming pool and a gymnasium. One thing I am a little concerned about is that the OC received status is not available, which is making the bank loan process a bit slower than expected.

The project is by Vinoth Buildeand was completed in 2012. I checked the Vastu compliance which was a requirement for my family. The children's play area and the gymnasium are good amenities. The location in Thiruverkadu is relatively peaceful compared to the city center. My only concern is the availability of public transport, the bus stop is a bit far.

Being ready to move in meant I could settle quickly. I really like the children's play area, even though I don't have kids, it makes the complex feel family-friendly. The lift service is reliable. The only issue I've noticed is that during peak times, the roads around Thiruverkadu can get very dusty from ongoing construction nearby. But the project itself is well-maintained with good landscaping.
