  I am buying a 2 BHK apartment in Vinoth Veronica for my parents who live in Chennai. They wanted a comfortable and safe place. The project is ready to move in, which is convenient. The size of the 885 sq.ft apartment is suitable for them. Vinoth Buildehave provided essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are crucial for elderly residents. The swimming pool and jogging track are also nice. I did the booking online after my parents visited the site. The price range of 38.5 Lakhs is acceptable. I hope they will be comfortable there.

  This is my very fit property purchase. I chose a 2 BHK apartment in Vinoth Veronica, it's 900 sq.ft and cost me 39 Lakhs. My parents helped me with the process. I liked that it is ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait for construction. The developer, Vinoth Builde, seems reputable. The location in Thiruverkadu is decent, close to Velammal Vidyalaya school, which is good. The project has a swimming pool and a gymnasium. One thing I am a little concerned about is that the OC received status is not available, which is making the bank loan process a bit slower than expected.

  We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat near our office in Chennai. Vinoth Veronica seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK apartments are around 885 to 900 sq.ft, which is a decent size for us. My husband liked the jogging track and I really appreciate the 24x7 security. The location in Thiruverkadu is okay, but the traffic can get quite bad during peak hou, especially getting onto the main road. The price was at the upper end of our budget, around 39 Lakhs, but we liked the layout. We are still deciding on the final purchase but it’s a strong contender.

The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are good additions for the price. I haven't visited the site recently but the initial paperwork and discussions were smooth. I am expecting good returns on this investment.

My only slight worry is the parking; it seems a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, the location and amenities make it a very attractive option for me.

  I recently purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Vinoth Veronica. It is 1085 sq.ft and the price was 39.15 Lakh. It is a ready-to-move-in property which was important for me. The project is by Vinoth Buildeand was completed in 2012. I checked the Vastu compliance which was a requirement for my family. The children's play area and the gymnasium are good amenities. The location in Thiruverkadu is relatively peaceful compared to the city center. My only concern is the availability of public transport, the bus stop is a bit far.

Given it's a ready-to-move-in project completed in 2012 by Vinoth Builde, the pricing seems competitive for Chennai West. The amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and jogging track are a good value addition. I also appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The lack of readily available bank loan tie-ups might be a slight inconvenience for some buye, but it’s not a deal breaker.

  I was looking for my fit independent home and chose a 2 BHK in Vinoth Veronica. The size is perfect at 885 sq.ft and the price of 38.5 Lakh was manageable for me. Being ready to move in meant I could settle quickly. I really like the children's play area, even though I don't have kids, it makes the complex feel family-friendly. The lift service is reliable. The only issue I've noticed is that during peak times, the roads around Thiruverkadu can get very dusty from ongoing construction nearby. But the project itself is well-maintained with good landscaping.
