I purchased this unit mainly for its strategic location within Chennai Central. The development by Vinoth Buildeis decent. My only minor concern is that the dust from the ongoing construction nearby can be a bit much sometimes, but I expect that to settle down once those projects are finished. The price point was also competitive for the area.
