We opted for a mid-size plot. Being ready to move was a huge advantage since we wanted to start construction soon. The proximity to Nevjabai Hitkarini Boys High school (1.1 km) and Sarvoday Hospital (0.9 km) is very convenient. The internal roads and footpaths are already laid out, which is good. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity in this area is still a bit spotty, which is a minor issue for us as we both work from home sometimes. Overall, the basic amenities like street lighting are in place.

The internal roads and footpaths are good, and the street lighting is also sufficient. The only downside we've noticed is that the area can get quite dusty during dry weather due to ongoing development nearby, but we are hoping it improves.
