  I needed a reliable place in Kolkata and Vindhya Tirupati Niwas by Somani Realtoseemed like a safe choice. I opted for a 2 BHK flat, which has a built-up area of 885 square feet. It's within my budget, costing about 38 Lakh. The project is ready to move, so I didn't have to wait. The security guards and power backup are essential amenities for me, providing peace of mind. The location in Behala is accessible. My only slight worry is the lack of readily available information on OC received, but the building looks solid. The presence of lifts is also a plus. It feels like a decent, stable investment for my future.

  We were looking for a spacious flat in Kolkata and Vindhya Tirupati Niwas caught our eye. The 3 BHK is 1145 square feet, which is plenty of room for our family. We liked that it's ready to move in. The price for the 3 BHK is around 45.8 Lakh, which felt reasonable given the size. Having the BM Birla Heart Hospital and M P Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School practically at nearby is incredibly convenient. The community hall and children's play area are nice additions. The only slight issue is the construction dust still lingea bit from nearby sites, but I expect that will settle down soon. Overall, a good buy.

  I picked up a 2 BHK here in Vindhya Tirupati Niwas. The area in Behala, Gholeshapur is developing nicely and seemed like a good bet for future rental income. The built-up area is 885 square feet, which is decent for the price point, around 35.4 Lakh. Somani Realtohave a track record of finishing projects, so that was a key factor. It's ready to move in, which is a huge advantage. The main concern is the road access; it’s not the widest and traffic can get quite bad during peak hou, especially near the Silpara State Bus Garage which is only a 6-minute drive away. Still, for the investment potential, it looks promising.

  We were searching for our fit home together in Kolkata and Vindhya Tirupati Niwas stood out. We decided on a 2 BHK, which is 885 square feet. It fits our budget perfectly, costing around 36 Lakh. It’s ready to move, which is fantastic as we didn't want to deal with construction delays. The proximity to M P Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School and BM Birla Heart Hospital, literally nearby, is a massive plus for our future plans. The children's play area is a nice touch, even though we don't have kids yet. The only minor drawback is that the parking area seems a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, the location and price are great.

I chose a 3 BHK, which is quite spacious at 1145 square feet, and it cost me approximately 45.8 Lakh. Being ready to move in was a major factor for me, allowing for a quick transition. The amenities like 24/7 security guards and power backup provide a great sense of safety and reliability. The location in Behala is good, and having the Silpara State Bus Garage nearby at a 6-minute distance is convenient for travel. The only thing I found slightly disappointing was the room sizes, they felt a bit smaller than what the overall square footage suggested. Nevertheless, it’s a practical choice for my needs.
