    Finally got possession of my 1 BHK at Vinayaka Samarth Residency. It's a ready to move in project, which was important for me as I didn't want to wait too long after retirement. The built-up area is around 600 Sq.ft, which feels adequate for a single peon. The location in Murari Nagar is decent, close to the Ambad – Satpur link road, making commutes manageable. They have good amenities like 24X7 water supply and landscaping. The community hall is a nice addition for gatherings. However, the open parking can get a bit crowded during evenings.
