The project by Jai Vinayak Group offea Children's Play Area and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. We purchased a 3 BHK apartment measuring 715 Sq.ft. The surrounding area in Thakurpukur seems promising, with the upcoming Acropolis Mall also nearby. The budget fits our current financial plan. Having 24X7 water supply is a must for families, and it's listed as an amenity.
