The building is well constructed by Vinayak Associates Vapi. I checked the 465.11 square feet 1 BHK unit, and the floor plan is quite efficient without wasting much space. The inclusion of rain water harvesting and a fire fighting system shows they have followed basic safety and environmental norms. The location is fairly accessible from the main Vapi industrial areas. However, I have noticed that the traffic near the main entrance gets a bit heavy during peak houIt is not a major deal, but you have to be patient while entering or leaving the colony during those specific times.
