We decided on Vinayak River Links because of the AC kids play area and the proximity to Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Sister Nivedita Girls' School, which is nearby. We got a 2 BHK flat of 965 sq.ft. The layout is practical and the common areas are well-kept. The swimming pool and indoor games room are big hits with my children. The Jai Vinayak Group has delivered a good product. The only slight drawback is that the metro station is also nearby, so it’s a bit of a walk or a short rickshaw ride, but manageable. Overall, it feels like a safe and convenient place for us.

The price range starts at 68 Lakhs, which was within our budget after considering a home loan from banks like State Bank of India and LIC Housing Finance. The project by Jai Vinayak Group offea swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are great facilities. The kids' play area is also a nice addition. We did notice that the overall area around the project felt a bit dusty, possibly due to ongoing development nearby, which is a minor concern. However, the interioof the flat are well-finished.

The location in Ghusuri, Howrah is decent, and it’s not too far from Sovabazar Sutanuti Metro Station which is great for my commute. The gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained, which was a big plus for me. I like that there is CCTV surveillance throughout the complex. My only small issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak office hou, making travel slightly unpredictable sometimes. However, the project itself is peaceful once you are inside the gates.
