    We were looking for our fit home together and Vikrant Jetvan Enclave caught our eye. The 3 BHK apartments are a good size, around 1501 Sq.ft, giving us enough space to grow. We liked that it's close to the Shankar Nagar Square Metro Station, which will be useful for our daily commutes to the IT park. The developer, Vikrant Builder, seems reliable based on their past projects. We did notice that the surrounding roads can get dusty during construction periods, which is a bit of a concern, but we are hoping it improves once things settle down. The location in Dharampeth is quite central and has good access to main roads like Ambazari Road.

We were a bit concerned about the potential noise from the nearby main roads, but the internal construction seems to buffer it well.
