After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and convenient place. Vikas Shashwat in Old Wadaj seemed like a fitting choice. The location is excellent, very close to the BAPS Yogiji Maharaj Hospital and also near major roads like Ashram Road. Being ready to move meant I could shift without much delay. The building has a lift, which is essential for my comfort. One minor issue is the accessibility; you need to take a lane behind the Amts Bus Stand. It's not directly on a main road, which can be a bit inconvenient sometimes, especially for visitoHowever, the established neighborhood and the presence of essential services nearby are major positives. Vikas Infrastructure has built this project, and it seems to be a peaceful dwelling.

It’s close to Nest Public School, which is great for our kids. The Usmanpura Metro Station being nearby is also a benefit for commuting. The building has lifts, which is a relief compared to our old place. My only worry is the parking situation, it feels a bit cramped.
