    Relocating to Aurangabad for work at United CIIGMA Hospital made me search for a place nearby. Vikas Krishna Palace in Jalan Nagar was perfect as the hospital is just zero kilometeaway. I purchased a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 743 square feet, which is spacious enough. The project was completed by Vikas Developein March 2024 and is ready for immediate occupation. While the immediate vicinity is excellent for access to healthcare and education, the traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but that's common in most cities. Overall, a good choice for convenience.

The location in Jalan Nagar is quite convenient, especially with Podar International School and United CIIGMA Hospital being so close, literally zero kilometeaway. The only thing that could be better is the access road to the project itself; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. Otherwise, the flat is well-built and we are settling in nicely.
