  After retiring, I wanted a quiet place. I chose a plot here because it promised good facilities. The Children's Play Area and Swimming Pool are nice, although I might not use the pool much. The landscaping and tree planting around the plots make it look pleasant. It is a gated community, which adds to the sense of security. The main issue is the dust on the roads leading to the project, especially during construction phases nearby. It's a bit inconvenient when driving in and out daily. The 24x7 CCTV Surveillance is a good feature for safety.

  I bought a plot of 2800 Sq.ft in Vikas Green City Phase 2 as an investment. The area around Kisan Path is developing, so I am hopeful about future appreciation. Vikas Vihar DevelopeAnd Constructions Pvt Ltd has a track record that gave me some confidence. The fact that it's ready to move is a bonus, though I don't plan to use it immediately. The gated community aspect and the provision for Storm Water Drains are good signs of planned development. However, the proximity to the metro station is quite a distance, over 8 kilomete, which could impact rental demand from people relying on public transport. The price was competitive at the time of purchase.

  I'm starting out and bought a smaller plot here, an 800 Sq.ft one. It felt like a good decision given the price point and the amenities offered by Vikas Vihar DevelopeAnd Constructions Pvt Ltd. The project is ready to move in. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and the general security of a gated community. Having a Banquet Hall on-site is also a nice touch for hosting events. The connectivity is decent, with the metro station being about 8.5 kilometeaway. My only slight worry is the limited parking space if guests visit frequently, but for a single peon, it should be manageable. The landscaping looks good.

  We were looking for a plot to build our home in Lucknow, and Vikas Green City Phase 2 caught our eye. It is located in Juggaur, close to Kisan Path. Indira College is just a 10-minute drive, which is very convenient for our children. We are considering a plot of around 800 Sq.ft. The availability of 24x7 Water Supply and a Swimming Pool are great for family living. The jogging track is also a good amenity. The main drawback is the traffic on Kisan Path during peak hou, it can get quite congested. However, the project itself seems well-maintained and secure with its Security Cabin and Gated Community setup.

Vikas Vihar DevelopeAnd Constructions Pvt Ltd offeplots ranging from 800 Sq.ft to 2800 Sq.ft, which gives good options. It is also ready to move in, so they can shift without much delay. The amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and a Security Cabin are important for elderly people. I also liked that it's a gated community. My only concern is that the Ghansoli Railway Station is a short distance, which might be a bit far for occasional travel. Overall, it seems like a peaceful place for them.
