We were renting a smaller place and decided to upgrade to Vikas Dev Sammet. We purchased a 2 BHK flat with a super builtup area of 1260 sq.ft, which gives us much more room to breathe. The readiness of the project was a major factor; we wanted to move in quickly. The gymnasium and indoor games facilities are great for unwinding after work. The location is convenient, being off the Sardar Patel Ring Road, but getting onto it during peak houcan be a bit challenging due to traffic congestion. The ample car parking space is a definite plus for us.
