    I purchased a flat in Vikaan Sai Chand a few months ago. Being retired, I wanted a peaceful place with basic amenities. The lift is very helpful, and the parking space is adequate. It's in Chromepet, a well-established area. The 2 BHK flat is comfortable for me and my wife. The price point was reasonable, around 55 Lakhs, which felt right for a ready-to-move property. Vikaans Shelteseems to have completed this project some yeaback, around 2016. The proximity to the Chennai Theni highway is convenient for occasional trips. I do notice some dust from the nearby roads, but it's manageable. It’s a good, simple home.
