The project is ready to move, having been completed in March 2023. I purchased a plot of 1001 Sq.ft for approximately 31 Lakhs. Vikaa Homes has ensured 24x7 water supply and provided internal roads. The location is reasonably accessible via the Mambakkam- Manbakkam Road. A minor inconvenience is the distance to LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd, which is nearby, making quick visits a bit difficult. However, for the price and the security, it seems like a reasonable deal.

My only concern is the lack of readily available bank loan options listed, making financing a bit trickier. Also, the OC status is not available which is a bit of a worry for future documentation, though it's ready to move.
