My business requires me to travel frequently, so I invested in a 3 BHK apartment at Vijay Strawberry in Egmore, Chennai Central. The easy access to the Chennai-Trichy Highway and National Highway 114 was a key factor in my decision. Being ready to move in meant I could use it right away for my visits to the city. The location is excellent, with CMC Maritime Academy - Chennai nearby, which is useful. While the project is well-located, I did find that the roads leading directly to the building can be a bit congested during peak hou, which is common in central Chennai. The configurations available, like 3.5 BHK and 4 BHK, offer good options for future expansion or rental.

I recently purchased a 5 BHK flat at Vijay Strawberry in Egmore for my parents who live in Chennai. The main reason for choosing this project by Vijay Shanthi Buildewas its prime location near MGM Healthcare and CMC Maritime Academy, which are important for their medical needs. It's also very close to the Egmore Metro Station, making it easy for them to travel. The apartment is ready to move in, so they could settle in quickly. My only concern is the noise from the nearby National Highway 114, which can be noticeable sometimes, but they seem to be adjusting. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

I moved into Vijay Strawberry in Egmore a few months ago. The location is very convenient, being close to the Egmore Metro Station which is just about 0.77 kilometeaway. It makes getting around Chennai quite easy. I bought a 3 BHK flat and the space is adequate for my needs. The building is ready to move in, which was a major factor for me. One thing I've noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic near the National Highway 114 can get a bit heavy. However, once inside the complex, it is relatively peaceful. Vijay Shanthi Buildeseem to have maintained the property well so far.
