It's a ready-to-move-in project, and the fact that it's DTCP approved gives me confidence. Vijay Raja Homes Private Limited mentioned amenities like a paved compound, landscaping, and rainwater harvesting, which are good for long-term living. While I haven't visited in peon recently, my parents are happy with the location in Maduranthakam. The only minor downside is that the OC status is not available yet, which they mentioned might take some time. But for my parents' comfort, it seems like a good choice.
