As a government employee, I look for stability and good value. Vijay Rain Tree in Alwarpet offethat. It’s a ready-to-move property, which means no waiting period. The location is quite good, with Canal Bank Road and Luz Church Road nearby, making it easy to travel to different parts of Chennai South. My office is a bit far, but the Teynampet Metro Station being nearby is a big help. The 3 BHK configuration is what I needed for my family. I haven't faced any major issues with the construction or amenities so far. The develope, Vijay Shanthi Builde, seem to be reliable.

We were looking for a ready to move flat in a good locality and Vijay Rain Tree seemed like a good option. Alwarpet is quite central and it's nice that Luz Church Road is nearby. My wife liked the idea of being close to St. John's school, as we plan to have kids soon. The distance to Mount Road is also convenient, though traffic can be bad during peak houVijay Shanthi Buildehas a decent reputation. The flat we saw had good ventilation. Parking might be a bit challenging if you have a large car or two. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the location and convenience.

It’s nice that St. John's School and College are so close, nearby. Mount Road being nearby is also convenient for shopping and dining out.
