We visited the site and checked the construction quality. The 1082 Sq.ft area for the 2 BHK apartment is decent. The developer, Vijay Infra Develope, has included amenities like closed car parking and an electrical meter room. It is good that they are focusing on water conservation. My only slight concern is the dust from nearby construction, which is noticeable sometimes. The completion date was August 2024, and it is indeed ready.
