This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I visited Vihav Elinor a couple of times. I liked the 3 BHK apartment, which is 1186 Sq.ft. The prices start from 79.2 Lakh, which felt manageable for my fit home. The developer, Vihav Group, seems reputable. They have good things like a yoga area and landscaping planned. I am a bit worried about the completion date being December 2026, as I want to move in sooner. The address Behind Narayan Garden, Opp Keystone Skyvillas is easy to find. I hope the construction quality is good.

I am buying this 5 BHK penthouse for my parents who live in Vadodara. It's 2126 Sq.ft and feels very spacious. The project Vihav Elinor is located in Gotri, New Alkapuri, which is a decent area. My parents liked the idea of a natural pond and the waiting lounge. I also saw they have 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind since I am abroad. The price for the penthouse is around 1.42 Crore. The only concern is that OC received status is not available yet, so I hope that doesn't cause delays. The developer, Vihav Group, assured me it will be sorted.

From an investment pepective, Vihav Elinor presents an interesting opportunity. The area of Gotri, New Alkapuri is showing growth potential. The configurations range from 3 BHK to 5 BHK, with the 3 BHK starting at 79.2 Lakh. The project is under construction with a target completion of December 2026. I analysed the amenities like the squash court and recreational gym & pool; these add value. However, the road access at Gotri 30m is decent but not excellent, requiring passage through some lanes. Parking could also become an issue with more residents moving in. The Vihav Group needs to manage these aspects well.

We looked at a few places for our kids, Akshar Public School is nearby, which is super convenient. We are considering the 4 BHK apartment which is 1676 Sq.ft built up. The Vihav Elinor project seems to have good amenities like a children's play area and a swimming pool. The location in Gotri, New Alkapuri is developing nicely. The only thing is that construction is ongoing so there is some dust, but that's expected. We are hoping they finish by December 2026 as planned. The price is a bit high for us, around 1.2 Crore for the 4 BHK, but the proximity to the school makes it worth considering. We need to finalise soon.

We are tired of paying rent and decided to upgrade. We saw Vihav Elinor and liked the 4 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 1676 Sq.ft. The price point of around 1.2 Crore was within our reach, especially with the potential for loan approval. The location in New Alkapuri is quite good, close to Sterling Hospitals which is nearby. The project has thoughtful amenities like a yoga area and private terraces in penthouses, which is a nice touch. The developer, Vihav Group, has also included earthquake-resistant structures. The only downside is that Vadodara Airport is nearby, which might be a bit far for frequent travel, but for us, it’s not a major issue.
