The 3 BHK configuration is larger than what I need, but the price of 1.31 Crore for a 2000 sq.ft flat was attractive. It's a ready-to-move property, so I could settle in immediately. The proximity to Shyamal Crossroads, just 3 kilometeaway, makes it easy to access shopping and other facilities. I also like that there are multiple amenities like a children's play area and a fire fighting system, which add to the overall comfort and safety. The maintenance staff seems efficient. However, the car parking can be a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle.
