We were looking for a plot in Chennai West for our future home. Vihaana Lilly Nagar in Thirunavur seemed like a good option. The plot sizes are decent, we looked at the 1100 Sq.ft option. It is very close to St John's Mat. Hr. Sec. School, which is a huge plus for us with two young kids. The price range of 20.27 L to 28.59 L was manageable. The main concern is the road leading to the project; it can get a bit dusty during dry weather and traffic can build up near the highway, especially during peak houHowever, the 24X7 water supply is a relief. Overall, it's a promising location for families.
