We were looking for a plot on Sitapur Road and found Vifa Saubhagyam. The 5000 sq.ft plot size we chose gives us plenty of space to plan our dream home. The price range of 34.95 Lakh for this size felt reasonable given the location and amenities. It's a gated community with Vastu compliant plots, which appealed to us. We liked the internal roads and footpaths. The IT College Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable for our commute. The only minor issue is the access road which could be a bit wider, but overall, we are happy with the potential.
