We finally bought our fit property at View Homes in Knowledge Park 2. The 900 sq.ft plot was within our budget, costing around 28.35 Lakh. It’s ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait long. The location is quite convenient, being right next to Amity Univeity and very close to JP International School and Yatharth Hospital, both at nearby distance. This made it easy for us to decide. The basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and security are in place. The only slight concern is the construction dust from ongoing work nearby, but I think that’s common for developing areas. We are excited to start building our home here. Stark Developer seems to have a good reputation.
