The carpet area for the 2 BHK flats is between 549 and 562 square feet, which seems like a good starting size. The price point around 57.57 Lakhs was manageable for my fit investment. Vidya Realtois building this project in Manjari. It is still under construction and expected to be ready by December 2026. One small concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected. The developer also mentioned energy management systems like solar energy, which is a nice touch.
