    I purchased a plot in Vidthyavath Nandi Enclave last year. The developer, Vidthyavath Raju Nayak, has completed the project as promised. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus for me. I got a plot of 1485 Sq.ft. The price was reasonable, around 14.02 Lakhs. The area seems to be developing, and I believe it will be a good place to build a house later. The internal roads are already laid out, and there is 24x7 water supply. My only minor concern is that the OC has not been provided yet, which I hope they sort out soon. Otherwise, the location in Nandiwanaparthy is quite peaceful.
