They have a dedicated kid's pool and a playground, which is essential. We are looking at a 4 BHK apartment, around 2800 square feet. The developer, Vicint Homes Pvt Ltd, has included comprehensive fire fighting systems and branded elevato, which gives us peace of mind. The price for our preferred size is around 1.8 crore. It's under construction now, due for completion in March 2028. The only slight worry is the distance to the airport, nearby, but for daily life, it's very convenient.
