The price of 48.96 Lakh was quite attractive for the Bangalore East area. The location in Pai Layout, Mahadevapura, is relatively calm compared to the city center. I appreciate the rain water harvesting system implemented by Vibha Constructions. While it’s not a brand new construction, the March 2015 completion date means it's been around a bit, but it still seems well-maintained. Access to Swamy Vivekanand Road is also convenient.
