    I chose Vianaar EL Benito because it was ready to move and in a relatively peaceful part of North Goa. The 2 BHK flat has an 819 sq.ft carpet area, which is more than enough space for me. Having closed car parking is essential living in Goa. Vianaar Infra LLP P seems to have covered the basics well with amenities like 24X7 water supply. The location in Reis Magos Village is nice, but getting to the main Patto Footbridge Bus Stand takes about 7 minutes, which is manageable. My main concern is the dust on the internal roads during construction phases of nearby plots, which can be a bit annoying sometimes. The construction quality looks solid though.
