It is ready to move, which was convenient as I didn't want any construction delays. The amenities like the water softener plant and 24x7 security are practical for daily living. It is nice that the entrance lobby is well-maintained. My only slight concern is the access road – it's a bit narrow for a few mete, which might be tricky during peak traffic. Overall, the neighborhood feels peaceful.
