    I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in VGP Ranav Enclave. It's 700 square feet saleable and cost me around 33 Lakhs. Being a government employee, budget was a major consideration. The location in Vanasthalipuram, South Hyderabad is quite convenient for daily commutes. It's ready to move, which saved us the hassle of waiting. VGP Buildehas provided basic amenities like closed car parking and storm water drains. The proximity to Hayath Nagar Road is helpful. My only minor issue is that the parking space can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle. However, for the price and location, it's a good buy.

My only concern is the noise from nearby roads sometimes, but that's common in developing areas. The storm water drains are a good feature to have.
