  As a single woman, security was my top priority. VGN Windsor Park Phase VII I being a gated community with 24x7 water supply was appealing. I bought a plot of 1259 sq.ft for approximately 50.36 Lakh. The location in Avadi is quite accessible, though the road leading to it can be a bit narrow and dusty during construction phases. There is a children's play area which is nice. Deepam Eye Hospital is nearby. It’s a good investment for the future, and I feel safe here.

We bought a plot of 1033 sq.ft for about 41.32 Lakh. The community has basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and a grocery shop. Nazareth school is nearby, which is a plus. My only concern is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hounear Avadi Bus Stop, which is nearby. But overall, it's a good project by VGN Homes.

The price point was attractive, around 41.32 Lakh. Being in a gated community is a big plus for security. I also liked the idea of being able to build our house according to our own plan. The developer, VGN Homes, seems to have a good reputation. I visited the site a couple of times and the basic infrastructure like water supply looks okay. It's a good start for me.

My only slight worry is that the OC received status is not available, which could be an issue later. However, the location is convenient for my hospital, and the plot size is adequate.
