We purchased a 1191 Sq.ft plot which gives us enough space to build a comfortable house for our children. It is ready to move, which means we could start planning the construction immediately. The developer, VGN Homes, offeamenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which our family will surely enjoy. The price for our plot was in the higher range, about 70 Lakh, but we felt it was worth it for the location and the amenities. The main road access could be a bit better; it takes a few minutes to get onto the main Avadi road.

It's ready to move, so I could buy it and start planning my small house right away. The grocery shop within the complex is also very convenient for daily needs. My only issue is the parking situation; while reserved parking is available, the spaces can feel a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. The bus stop is also nearby, so public transport isn't super close.

My main concern is that OC received is not available, which might be an issue for some buyeor future resale value. However, the overall infrastructure and amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good. I got a good deal on this larger plot.
