We bought a plot of 654 sq.ft, which is a good size for a growing family. It's located in Avadi, Chennai West. The Nazareth Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby, which is convenient. We also liked that it's a gated community with proper security. The internal roads are paved and there's landscaping. The price range of 16.35 Lakh to 65.63 Lakh means there are options. A small concern is the traffic getting out of Avadi during peak hou, but it's manageable. Power backup is also a plus.

The gated community setup with 24x7 security and paved internal roads provides a good environment. The 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity that's covered. My only real issue is the proximity to Nazareth Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Deepam Eye Hospital which is fine, but the Avadi Bus Stop is almost nearby, making public transport a bit of a trek. Still, the plot size and amenities are good.

We picked up a 654 sq.ft plot which felt like a good size for future expansion. The price was around 16.35 Lakh, which was within our budget.
