After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, and VGN Royale seemed like a good choice. I bought a 2 BHK flat, and the 634 square feet size is comfortable for me. It is ready to move, which was convenient. The lush greenery and peaceful surroundings are exactly what I was looking for. I also appreciate the VGN Homes focus on water conservation and rainwater harvesting. Having Deepam Eye Hospital very close by (0 KM) gives me reassurance for my health needs. The electrical setup with transformer and solar energy is a good feature. My only small concern is that the lift can sometimes feel a bit slow, but it is not a major issue.

My wife and I decided to upgrade from our rented place and bought a 2 BHK in VGN Royale. We needed more space, and the 634 square feet option felt just right. The fact that it is ready to move in saved us a lot of hassle. The location is excellent for us as teache; VGN Chinmaya Vidyalaya School is right next door. The peaceful surroundings are a welcome change from the city noise we are used to. We also like that they have incorporated water conservation and rainwater harvesting. The only drawback we've noticed is that the roads leading to the project can be a bit dusty during dry spells, but it's manageable. Overall, a good investment for our family.

We liked the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the surroundings feel peaceful. Power backup is also important as Chennai summecan be tough with power outages. It’s ready to move, which is a huge time saver. The presence of a tennis court and a mini theatre within the project is fantastic for unwinding. The VGN Homes developer has a good reputation. The proximity to Avadi railway station (0 KM) is beneficial for travel. However, I find the approach road to be slightly narrow, which can be a minor inconvenience during peak houwith heavy traffic. Despite this, the amenities like the gymnasium and amphitheater make it a desirable property.
