My partner and I are looking to buy our fit home, and VGN Pride De Villa caught our eye. We are considering a 3 BHK villa, which is between 1500 and 2000 square feet. It's a gated community, which is a big plus for safety. The developer, VGN Homes Pvt Ltd, seems reliable. We really liked the idea of the yoga/meditation area and the club house for relaxing. It’s also great that it’s close to OMR, making commutes easier. The current status is under construction, with completion expected in February 2032. The only downside is the traffic on OMR during peak hou, which can be quite bad.
