The project offeready-to-move-in apartments, which saved me a lot of hassle. I opted for a 3 BHK measuring 1544 square feet. The cross-ventilation in each apartment is noticeable and appreciated, especially given the Chennai climate. I also value the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems in place. The 5-star lobbies and wide corridogive it a premium feel. Parking is adequate on the stilt floor. So far, the transition has been smooth thanks to this location.
