The location off 3rd Main Road is also convenient, with Apollo Hospital and Shree Bhagyalakshmi Memorial Matriculation School very close by. The Chennai Bypass is literally at nearby, making travel easy. Amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions. My only slight concern is the lack of immediate OC received information, which is usually standard for ready-to-move properties.
